THE PROCESS
I. INQUIRE
let's chat! the first step is to reach out and inquire about your date and package that you're interested in. after this, i'll reach back out to you to answer any initial questions you have. ask about my try before you buy deal!
II. PLANNING & PREPARATION
don't worry, you're not in this alone :) during this time of planning, we'll have two separate meetings. first, an initial meeting to not only get to know each other more but also go over the contract, create a rough-draft wedding timeline, and go through a rough draft shot list. the second meeting will be to finalize everything, make last minute changes, and confirm expectations on both ends so you're well-prepared for the day of.
III. TIME TO CELEBRATE
now for the fun part! it's time to enjoy a very memorable day, and you don't have to worry or think about a thing because i'll be there to support you through it all! a photographer often wears many hats on a wedding day and i'm here to help you in all kinds of ways come the day of to make sure you look and feel your best.
IV. REMINISCE & REMEMBRANCE
after the wedding has passed and you have just begun to settle into married life, it's time to receive your photos. you'll wanna bring out the tissue box as you look back on the joy & love filled day.
V. SHARE YOUR STORY
alas, whether it be through social media posts, scrapbook keepsakes to show your kids, or printed photos in frames to hang on your walls, it's time to share your story with all those whom you know and love!

HOW DOES IT WORK?
I. fill out the wedding inquiry form as per usual but mention that you're inquiring specifically about a "try before you buy" engagement session
II. after the session is over and you'll receive 20 of the best photos from the session
III. if you love your experience, you can proceed to book me for your wedding and receive the full gallery for free! & if you didn't like the photos or the experience, you can still keep those 20 photo at no extra charge and you'll only have to pay if you want the rest of the gallery.

FAQ
1. Are you available on our wedding day?
There are only so many days in a year, and they get filled fast. Therefore, the sooner you book, the better. However, if it is close to your big day, still feel free to reach out and try your luck!
2. Do you require a deposit?
In order to reserve your date, a deposit is required. Your date is not finalized until a deposit is received. The deposit is 20% of the final price and is nonrefundable.
3. How would you describe your photography style?

4. Do you charge a travel fee?
All weddings that are within a 3-hour driving distance from Louisville, KY, do not have a travel fee. Anything beyond this is on a case-by-case basis. Feel free to reach out to find out more information about this!
5. Do you offer videography too?
While I do offer a short highlight video upon request, I currently do not offer full-service videography.
6. What happens if it rains or the weather is bad?
Whether it's rain or shine, we'll make sure to get photos you love! You can be rest assured that we'll always make the best of whatever situation we're working with.
